We offer flexible minimum stay requirements, ranging from 1 night to 30 nights, depending on the specific property.
2. What are the check-in and out times?
We provide flexible check-in and check-out times based on certain circumstances. Standard check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. However, you can request an early check-in or late check-out as an optional add-on, subject to availability.
3. Are your places pet-friendly?
Some of our suites are family-friendly, while others are intentionally kept pet-free to accommodate guests with allergies.

5. What's included in my stay?
During your stay, we provide all utilities (gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, water, and waste management), free parking, as well as linens, towels, and essentials such as shampoo, laundry detergent, and more for your convenience.

7. What is my cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies may vary based on the offer you’ve booked and the duration of your stay. Please review the rate description for specific terms or reach out to your Sales Manager for inquiries about extended stays.
Extended Stay Info (31 days+)
1. What are the minimum nights required?
Our minimum stay is 31 days to comply with local regulations.
2. Are there any additional fees or taxes?
Besides a one time cleaning fee, and credit card fee. No, we do not charge tourism fees or taxes on reservations past 31 days.
Fees from booking platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com may apply if booked from those sites.
3. Is cleaning provided during my stay?
Yes, mid-stay cleaning is available upon request. Charges may apply.
4. Can I extend my stay if needed?
Absolutely! Just let us know in advance, and we’ll work to accommodate your extended stay. A 14 day notice is much appreciated and gives you a higher chance of re-booking the same place.
5. Do I need to sign a lease or provide any additional documents?
Some units may require an Intention of Renter or a Lease to be signed, depending on the property.
6. Is a credit check required?
No, a credit check is not required. However, valid ID and a thorough background check will be processed through Autohost for security purposes.

1. How much do you charge to manage?
We charge a minimum of 15% depending on the package you get. Contact sales for more information.
2. What platforms do you advertise on?
We are on multiple platforms such as Expedia, Airbnb, VRBO, Google Rentals, Zillow, Rent Faster, My Key & More.
3. How do you vet your guests?
- For guests booking under 30 days, Superhog collect guest IDs during the booking process, providing you with visibility on potential risks, to prevent fraud and chargebacks in your properties.
- For guests booking more than 30 days, Superhog collect guest IDs during the booking process, providing you with visibility on potential risks to prevent fraud and chargebacks in your properties. For every validated booking, Superhog guarantees that guests will meet their liability to hosts for property damage caused during that booking. For all validated bookings where a guest fails to meet their liability for property damage, Superhog will reimburse hosts through its insurance-backed Host Guarantee up to $5,000,000.
4. Do you offer interior design, furnishing & staging?
We provide a comprehensive package at an affordable price, covering furniture selection, pickup, delivery, assembly, and staging. To complete the experience, professional photography is included as part of the package.
5. How you handle snow or lawn control?
Each season brings different demands, with some requiring more work than others. However, our fixed package ensures that any extra work is covered at no additional cost. Packages start at just $120/month.
6. Do you only manage or offer sublet (rental guarantee)?
We provide both management and subletting services, giving our partners the flexibility to choose. However, sublet units are selectively approved by our team following an in-person inspection.
If a unit is not approved for subletting, it can still be managed by us for one year, after which we will re-evaluate the decision.
