Will my property be in good hands?

Absolutely. We provide comprehensive care for your property, covering both the interior and exterior. This includes regular maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal, ensuring your property remains in excellent condition year-round. We treat your property with the utmost respect, as if it were our own.

How will I receive my rent, and when?

We make sure you receive your rent on time, every time. Payments are made one day before the end of each month for the upcoming month, ensuring a smooth and predictable income flow.

What types of tenants will be staying in my property?

Your property will be rented to a diverse group of short-term tenants, including corporate workers, families with insurance claims, and vacationers. We carefully select and screen all guests to ensure your property is in good hands.

What happens if my property is damaged?

In the rare event of damage, we handle all repairs quickly and efficiently. We have insurance policies in place, and our thorough screening process helps minimize the risk of issues. Additionally, any incidents will be reported to you immediately, and we’ll work with you to resolve them.

What is the process for starting the Rental Guarantee program?

It’s simple! We start with an evaluation of your property to determine its rental potential. Once we agree on the terms, we sign a lease agreement, and from there, we take care of everything—marketing, guest management, and maintenance—while you enjoy a guaranteed rental income.

How will my property be marketed?

We list your property on top platforms like Airbnb, Google Rentals, Expedia, VRBO, and Booking.com to attract a wide range of potential guests. Our marketing strategies are designed to maximize visibility and bookings, ensuring your property stays occupied.

Do I need to adjust my home insurance?

Yes, we recommend adjusting your home insurance to include a minimum of $2 million in liability coverage, with a clause that explicitly permits short-term rentals. This ensures that both you and your property are fully protected under our Rental Guarantee program.

Does my house need to be furnished?

No, your house doesn’t need to be fully furnished.

How do I get approved, and do we accept any property?

No, we don’t accept every property. We only take on properties that we believe can generate revenue and guarantee profit. Additionally, the property must meet all legal requirements and be equipped with air conditioning that can cool the entire unit. This can be a central AC system or a window unit, but it is a mandatory requirement. If your property doesn’t have AC, we can assist with the installation. Location and the overall quality of the home are also crucial factors in our decision-making process.

Do we do a credit check on you?

No, we do not conduct a credit check. Instead, we focus on signing a lease agreement that benefits both parties, aligning with both your terms and ours to ensure a successful partnership.
