Parties and events are never allowed. Small, quiet gatherings are welcome if everyone stays within the home's guest limit and quiet hours.
No parties or events: what that means
| Welcome | Not allowed |
|---|---|
| Family reunions and holidays together | Parties of any kind |
| Sports teams and work teams travelling together | Gatherings that take the home over its guest limit |
| Wedding guests staying in one house | Events, such as receptions or celebrations with outside guests |
| Friends on a trip together | More guests than the listing's occupancy limit |
| A small, quiet get-together within the guest limit and quiet hours | Loud gatherings or anything past quiet hours |
Each listing sets its own occupancy limit and quiet hours. Everyone staying counts toward that limit, including children. If part of your trip is a party or an event, book a venue for that part.

Choosing a city
- Calgary. Homes in the north (Livingston, Carrington), the northwest (Glacier Ridge) and the southeast (Wolf Willow). Good for the Calgary Stampede every July, downtown and day trips to Banff National Park, about 128 km west. See all our Calgary homes.
- Airdrie. A city just north of Calgary on Highway 2. Bayside Canal Home is on the water with lake views. See our Airdrie homes.
- Edmonton. Homes in Albany (northwest) and McConachie (northeast), for trips to Rogers Place, West Edmonton Mall or family in the city. See our Edmonton homes.
Tips for booking a big group
- Count every guest, including children. The number on your booking must match who's staying. If you're unsure whether a baby counts, ask us before you book.
- Check the bed layout. The listing shows the bedrooms and beds, so you can work out who sleeps where before anyone arrives.
- Plan parking for several cars. Every home here has free parking, and several have a garage. Ask how many vehicles fit, and carpool if you can. Driving in winter? See Calgary rentals with a garage.
- Bringing little ones? All our Airdrie and Edmonton homes list a high chair and a travel crib. For Calgary homes, check the listing.
- Plan meals together. Every one of these homes has a dishwasher, and seven list an outdoor grill, so cooking for the group at home is easy to plan.
- Read the cancellation policy. It's shown on each listing, and with a big group it's worth reading before everyone commits.
- Check how it books. Some homes book instantly; others are request to book, and the host approves first.

Frequently asked questions
Can we hold a party or event at the house?
No. Parties and events are never allowed at any of our homes. That includes receptions, celebrations and gatherings that take the home over its guest limit. Family reunions, team trips, wedding guests staying together and small, quiet get-togethers are welcome, within the listing's guest limit and quiet hours.
Which of your homes sleep the most people?
As of October 2026, Livingston Grand Retreat (8 bedrooms) and Glacier Ridge Estate (7 bedrooms) in Calgary both sleep up to 16. Wolf Willow Group Retreat in Calgary sleeps 14, and Albany Grand Home in Edmonton sleeps 13. Check each listing for its bed layout and occupancy limit.
Do children count toward the guest limit?
Yes. Count every guest, including children, when you book. Each listing sets its own occupancy limit, and the number on your booking needs to match who's staying. If you're not sure how a baby or toddler counts for a particular home, contact us before you book.
Can wedding guests stay together in one of your homes?
Yes. A group of wedding guests staying in one house is welcome, within the listing's occupancy limit and quiet hours. What isn't allowed is holding the reception, a party or any other event at the home. Book a venue for that part, and use the house as your group's place to stay.
Is there parking for several cars at large group homes?
Every home on this page has free parking, and several have a garage. The number of spaces differs from home to home, so tell us how many vehicles you're bringing and ask before you book. Carpooling helps on residential streets.
Do your large group homes have air conditioning?
As of October 2026, all but one of our homes that sleep 10 or more list air conditioning. Check the amenities on each listing before you book, especially for a summer trip such as the Calgary Stampede in July. If cooling matters to your group, ask us before you book.
