Where our Airdrie homes are
All of our Airdrie homes are in the southwest of the city, in and around its canal and lake communities.
Bayside and the Canals
The Bayside Canal Home has four bedrooms, sleeps 11 and sits on the water with lake views. Our one-bedroom canalside suite is the smallest home we have in Airdrie, a good fit for a couple or a work trip.
Midgrove and Windsong
The Midgrove Executive Home is our other home with lake views, also on the water. The Midgrove Grand Retreat (four bedrooms, sleeps 12) and the Windsong Family Retreat (four bedrooms, sleeps 10) are two of our larger family homes.
Why stay in Airdrie
Airdrie works well if you're visiting family here, working north of Calgary, or travelling as a group and want a big house with parking. Calgary is just to the south on Highway 2 (the QEII), and Calgary International Airport (YYC) is south of Airdrie too.
What every Airdrie home includes
Every home we list in Airdrie is furnished, professionally cleaned between stays, and has:
- A washer and dryer
- A dishwasher
- Free parking
- A high chair and a travel crib
Each listing shows its bed layout, full amenity list and photos. If a view of the water matters to you, look at the photos and description of the waterfront homes before you book.
Families and big groups
Three of our Airdrie homes have four bedrooms and sleep 10 to 12: the Midgrove Grand Retreat, the Bayside Canal Home and the Windsong Family Retreat. You'll find them on large group homes, next to our biggest homes in Calgary and Edmonton. Many of our large homes have extras like board games, a games room or a backyard, so compare the listings.
House rules are the same at every home: no parties or events, whatever the size of the house. Small, quiet gatherings are welcome when everyone stays within the home's guest limit and quiet hours, which each listing sets.
Longer stays in Airdrie
Staying a few weeks for work or between homes? A stay of a week or two books the same way as a weekend: pick your dates and the listing shows the price. For a month or more, see the homes on monthly stays, or contact us to ask about a monthly stay in Airdrie. A longer stay can also change the taxes you pay, as explained below.
Booking direct on premierstays.ca
When you book one of our vacation rentals in Airdrie on premierstays.ca, you book on our own site and deal with our team directly. Here's how it works:
- Prices. The prices on our search cards include cleaning and fees; taxes are added at checkout. Each listing itemizes every fee before you pay.
- Instant or request. Some homes book instantly. Others are request to book, so the host approves your stay first.
- When you're charged. Depending on the home's cancellation policy, your card may be held and charged closer to check-in. Every listing shows its cancellation policy.
- ID and deposits. Some homes use ID verification or a security deposit, handled through Truvi.
Taxes
As of October 2026, a short stay in Alberta carries the Alberta tourism levy, which is 6% for accommodation booked after March 31, 2026 and is charged on the price including cleaning and service fees. GST of 5% applies to short-term accommodation, meaning a stay of less than a month. Longer stays can be different: the levy doesn't apply when the same person stays continuously for 28 days or more (Tourism Levy Act), and a residential rental where the same person stays continuously for a month or more is exempt from GST (Excise Tax Act, Schedule V). Rules can change, so check the sources. Your quote at checkout shows exactly which taxes apply.

Frequently asked questions
Do any of your Airdrie rentals have lake views?
Yes. Two of our larger Airdrie homes, the Bayside Canal Home and the Midgrove Executive Home, are on the water with lake views, and our one-bedroom is a canalside suite. Being on the water doesn't mean a boat or a dock comes with the home, so check each listing's description and photos for exactly what's there before you book.
Are your Airdrie homes good for families with young kids?
Yes. Every Airdrie home we list has a high chair and a travel crib, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and free parking, and is professionally cleaned between stays. The four-bedroom homes sleep 10 to 12, so there's room to bring grandparents along. Check each listing's bed layout and occupancy limit, then search your dates on Airdrie homes.
Do you have Airdrie rentals for large groups?
Yes. Three of our Airdrie homes have four bedrooms: the Midgrove Grand Retreat sleeps 12, the Bayside Canal Home sleeps 11 and the Windsong Family Retreat sleeps 10. Every home has an occupancy limit, and parties and events aren't allowed. Compare them with our big homes in Calgary and Edmonton on large group homes.
How far is Airdrie from Calgary and the airport?
Airdrie is just north of Calgary on Highway 2 (the QEII), and Calgary International Airport (YYC) is south of Airdrie, toward Calgary. Our homes are all in southwest Airdrie. How long the trip takes depends on where you're going and the traffic, so check the route on a map. If you'd rather be in the city, see our Calgary homes.
Is parking included?
Yes. Every Airdrie home we list includes free parking. Each listing's description and photos show what the parking looks like, so check them if you're bringing more than one vehicle or a trailer. For anything else about a specific home, contact us before you book.
Can I book an Airdrie home for a month?
Ask us. Our monthly stays page lists every home with a monthly rate, and you can contact us about a monthly stay in Airdrie. On a home with a monthly rate, a stay of 28 nights or more is booked by request: we confirm availability and the price for each calendar month before you pay, and a security deposit and ID verification are conditions. Long stays can be exempt from the tourism levy or GST. Your quote at checkout shows exactly which taxes apply.
