Where our Edmonton homes are
We have homes in four neighbourhoods, and none of them is downtown. They suit a family visit, a work trip or a group that wants space and parking more than nightlife. If your plans centre on downtown, check the route from each home on a map before you book.
The Orchards and Aster, southeast
These homes are south of the North Saskatchewan River, on the same side of the city as Whyte Avenue, Old Strathcona and Edmonton International Airport (YEG), which is south of the city near Leduc and Nisku.
Keswick, southwest
Also south of the river, in the city's southwest. Like the southeast homes, it's on the airport side of Edmonton.
Albany, northwest
The Albany Grand Home is our largest in Edmonton, with five bedrooms and room for 13.
McConachie, northeast
The McConachie Grand Home has five bedrooms and sleeps 12.
What every Edmonton home includes
Every home we list in Edmonton is furnished, professionally cleaned between stays, and has:
- Air conditioning
- A washer and dryer
- A dishwasher
- Free parking
- A high chair and a travel crib
Each listing shows its bed layout, full amenity list and photos, so you can check how the bedrooms split up for your group before you book.
Families and large groups
With three to five bedrooms and room for 6 to 13, these short-term rentals in Edmonton work well for family visits, groups of friends and teams travelling for work. The two five-bedroom homes in Albany and McConachie sleep 12 or more; you'll find them on large group homes, next to our big homes in Calgary and Airdrie.
House rules are the same at every home: no parties or events, whatever the size of the house. Small, quiet gatherings are welcome when everyone stays within the home's guest limit and quiet hours, which each listing sets.
Longer stays in Edmonton
Staying a few weeks for work, a move or while your own home is being repaired? A stay of a week or two books the same way as a weekend: pick your dates and the listing shows the price. For a month or more, see the homes on monthly stays, or contact us to ask about a monthly stay in Edmonton. A longer stay can also change the taxes you pay, as explained below.
Booking direct on premierstays.ca
When you book one of our vacation rentals in Edmonton on premierstays.ca, you book on our own site and deal with our team directly. Here's how it works:
- Prices. The prices on our search cards include cleaning and fees; taxes are added at checkout. Each listing itemizes every fee before you pay.
- Instant or request. Some homes book instantly. Others are request to book, so the host approves your stay first.
- When you're charged. Depending on the home's cancellation policy, your card may be held and charged closer to check-in. Every listing shows its cancellation policy.
- ID and deposits. Some homes use ID verification or a security deposit, handled through Truvi.
Taxes
As of October 2026, a short stay in Alberta carries the Alberta tourism levy, which is 6% for accommodation booked after March 31, 2026 and is charged on the price including cleaning and service fees. GST of 5% applies to short-term accommodation, meaning a stay of less than a month. Longer stays can be different: the levy doesn't apply when the same person stays continuously for 28 days or more (Tourism Levy Act), and a residential rental where the same person stays continuously for a month or more is exempt from GST (Excise Tax Act, Schedule V). Rules can change, so check the sources. Your quote at checkout shows exactly which taxes apply.

Frequently asked questions
Are your Edmonton rentals good for families?
Yes. Every Edmonton home we list has three to five bedrooms and sleeps 6 to 13, and each one has a high chair and a travel crib, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, air conditioning and free parking. Check each listing's bed layout to see how the bedrooms split up, and its occupancy limit, before you book. Search your dates on Edmonton homes.

Is parking included?
Yes. Every Edmonton home we list includes free parking. Each listing's description and photos show what the parking looks like, so check them if you're bringing more than one vehicle, a trailer or a large truck. For any other question about a specific home, contact us.
Can I rent a furnished home in Edmonton for a month?
Ask us. Our monthly stays page lists every home with a monthly rate, and you can contact us about a monthly stay in Edmonton. On a home with a monthly rate, a stay of 28 nights or more is booked by request: we confirm availability and the price for each calendar month before you pay, and a security deposit and ID verification are conditions. Long stays can be exempt from the tourism levy or GST. Your quote at checkout shows exactly which taxes apply.
